Terms of service

Last updated 2 October 2026. These terms govern the use of Magnagram, a platform operated by Nuun Digital ("Magnagram", "we") that connects brands with creators for campaigns and licenses footage from rights holders. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. Brands and agencies act through a workspace; creators and rights holders act for themselves or for the people they are authorised to represent. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.

2. Campaigns and deals

• A brief with a priced deal card is an offer. A deal exists when one side accepts the offer on the table; counters replace earlier offers.
• The brand funds an agreed deal before production. Funds are held by Magnagram until the brand approves a delivered cut, then released to the creator.
• Magnagram charges the brand a platform fee of 10% on top of the creator's price. The creator receives the agreed price.
• Paid usage of campaign content runs for the usage window on the deal card (90 days unless agreed otherwise) from first publication, in the territories and channels the brief names. Renewals extend it; letting it lapse ends it.
• Creators keep ownership of what they make. Once the brand's usage window ends, the creator may list the cut for licensing on Magnagram.

3. Licensing marketplace

• Rights holders warrant they own or control the footage they list, including releases where people or private property are identifiable, and that it carries no third-party claims they have not disclosed.
• A licence is granted on payment, for the territories, channels, term and uses in the licence certificate. AI training is excluded unless the listing says otherwise.
• Magnagram pays rights holders 80% of the licence price and keeps 20%.
• Territory exceptions requested against a hold are granted only with the rights holder's approval.

4. Content rules

No content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that sexualises minors. Paid partnerships are disclosed as the platform and local law require. We may hold, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payouts to creators and rights holders are made through Stripe Connect to the account they link. Invoiced amounts are due within 30 days. Refunds of held funds are made when a deal is cancelled before a cut is approved.

6. Disputes

Raise a dispute from the deal within 7 days of the event. Magnagram reviews the brief, the thread and the delivered work and decides in good faith; held funds stay held until the dispute closes.

7. Liability

Magnagram is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the product 14 days before they apply. Either side can close an account at any time; agreed deals and granted licences survive closure.
