Privacy notice
Last updated 2 October 2026. This notice explains what Magnagram collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, sign-in provider, role, and the workspace or creator profile you set up (handle, city, categories, channels, rates).
- Campaign data: briefs, offers, messages, uploaded cuts and review notes, publications, results you record.
- Marketplace data: listings, licences, certificates, downloads.
- Payments: amounts and status. Card and bank details go to Stripe; we never see them.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser, pages viewed, errors — through our hosting provider and privacy-respecting analytics.
Why
- To run the service: match creators, hold and release funds, deliver files, issue certificates.
- To keep it safe: verify accounts, moderate content, prevent fraud.
- To tell you what needs you: transactional email about briefs, counters, funding and reviews. No marketing email without consent.
- To improve the product, using aggregate usage data.
The Agent
When a workspace uses the Agent, the brief, thread and public creator profile for that deal are sent to our model provider (Anthropic) to produce the suggestion. They are not used to train models. Sample screens and signed-out use send nothing.
Who sees what
- Brands see the profiles of creators on the platform and the deals in their own workspace.
- Creators see the briefs and deals addressed to them, never other creators' terms.
- When a creator is committed elsewhere, other brands see only the dates and category — never the other brand's name.
- Processors: Supabase (database, files, sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (the Agent).
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is open and for 12 months after closure. Deal, licence and payment records are kept for 7 years for accounting and rights evidence. Uploaded cuts are deleted 90 days after the rights on them end, unless listed on the marketplace.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your profile or by writing to privacy@magnagram.app. Where law requires consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If you are in the EU/UK you may complain to your supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the service needs: your session, your language choice, and anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies.
